Chris has over 20 years experience leading teams and working in the telecommunication industry, namely for companies such as Bell Canada where he filled the Director - Operational Efficiency position, overseeing over 100 million dollars in productivity improvements, touching the call centers, workforce management, finance and IT development .Chris and his team are geared towards quick and focused analysis, process evaluations and solution designs. The accelerated and timely delivery approach enables customers to quickly improve customer experiences and harvest productivity gains
His passion for results has lead him to start his own business, to share his expertise with other companies, with the goal of delivering superior customer service at reduced costs.
Daryl Dequetteville
Co-Founder, CFO
Daryl co-founded ADMS after 10 years as an independent consultant in the telecommunications and Information technology industries. His primary strength is in helping companies use their own data collection technologies and analytical capabilities to drive productivity & efficiency improvements documented over $100 million. Prior to that, Mr. Dequetteville was an independent feature film producer and supervisor on over 20 films which generated over $50 million of international sales. Mr DeQuetteville has been awarded two degrees – a Bachelor of Commerce (High Honours) with a specialization in Finance and Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Film Production. Between degrees, Mr. DeQuetteville also worked in federal government finance and economics in stints with the Ministry of Finance, Canada, Economics and Development Branch and Ministry of Industry, Canada, Special Projects Branch.

Gerard Bourdeau Gérard joined ADMS in 2011 as Vice President Operations after 12 years experience at Bell Canada where he held positions such as General Manger – Strategy and Results and Director – Credit and Collections. He has over 15 years experience in building and leading high performance teams, strategic planning, finance and international contact center outsourcing. |
Sheryl Germann
Director – Business Development
A professional process efficiency expert and project manager with over 15 years in Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer experience, Sheryl brings to the team a vast toolkit focused on identifying and understanding customer ‘pain points’. Having worked primarily in the telecommunications field, she has successfully helped companies such as Bell West, Bell Canada and Bell Aliant realize their operational and efficiency gains in Enterprise, Small-Medium Business and Consumer markets. Sheryl holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Economics(McMaster University), Masters Certificate in Project Management (York University), has achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is an accredited PMP
